Purpose
These terms govern sales made on the Team Orchid shop between SAS P PUB INVESTMENT (ORCHID), whose details are given in the legal notice, and you, as a consumer.
The shop runs on Shopify (orchid-9713.myshopify.com): orders and payments are processed there. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
Products
The products shown in the shop, including the official 2026 jersey with optional personalised printing. Their essential characteristics are shown on the product page.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm your order.
Payment is due when you order and is processed by Shopify. Accepted methods: bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and Apple Pay. A summary e-mail confirms your order.
Delivery
Countries served: metropolitan France. Times: our jerseys are made to order, to avoid unsold stock; allow about one week. Costs: shown before you confirm your order.
If no date is given, the product is delivered within 30 days of the order at the latest (art. L216-1 of the French Consumer Code). Damaged parcel? Write to us at contact@team-orchid.com; you can also record reservations with the carrier.
Withdrawal and returns
You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving any reason (art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Send us your decision at contact@team-orchid.com, then return the product within 14 days. Return costs are borne by you, unless the product is faulty or does not match your order. Return address: SAS P PUB INVESTMENT (ORCHID), 16 rue Vasco de Gama, 66140 Canet-en-Roussillon, France.

We refund you, including the initial delivery (at the standard rate), within 14 days of your withdrawal; the refund may be withheld until we have received the product back or until you have supplied proof of having sent it, whichever is earlier (art. L221-24).
Exception: a printed jersey (name or number of your choice) is made to your specifications and is not eligible for withdrawal (art. L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code). A jersey without printing remains subject to the 14-day period.
Warranties
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery (art. L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and from the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). To use them, write to contact@team-orchid.com.
Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, please write to us first at contact@team-orchid.com to seek an amicable solution.

Data collected
The website offers no customer account, no form and no newsletter. It only processes:
- the e-mails you send us at contact@team-orchid.com (address, name, message content), including job applications (CV, message);
- your order data (identity, contact details, delivery address, order details), collected by Shopify;
- data on the team's players: name, gamertag, photo, nationality, age (calculated from the date of birth, never published), social accounts and results imported from start.gg, Liquipedia and Twitch;
- technical connection data (IP address, pages requested, browser), recorded in the host's logs;
- clicks to our partners' websites, counted anonymously to measure the visibility we give them: only the partner, the page of origin and the date are recorded, with no cookie; the IP address and browser are used only in memory, for 30 seconds at most, to filter out repeated clicks, and are never recorded;
- the e-mail address and session of the club administrator, for access to the admin area.
Purposes and legal bases
Answering your messages (legitimate interest); reviewing job applications (pre-contractual steps); processing your orders and keeping accounts (performance of the contract, legal obligation); presenting the team and its results (performance of the contract: each player agrees to this in their contract with the club); keeping the website secure and working, and protecting access to the admin area (legitimate interest).
Recipients
Your data is never sold or rented. Only the Team Orchid team and its technical providers have access to it: Vercel (hosting, United States), Supabase (database), Shopify (shop and payment).
The database is hosted in Ireland, in the European Union. Transfers to Vercel, Supabase and Shopify, providers based outside the European Union, are covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by its standard contractual clauses.
Retention
E-mails: 3 years after the last exchange. Job applications: 2 years after the last contact if they are not accepted. Orders and accounting records: 10 years (art. L123-22 of the French Commercial Code). Player data: for the term of their contract; their competitive results then remain in the club's history. Technical logs: period set by Vercel, our host.
Your rights
You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, or obtain its portability (art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can also set instructions on what happens to your data after your death (art. 85 of the French Data Protection Act). Write to contact@team-orchid.com: we reply within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Minors
The website creates no account and offers no form: it collects no data specific to underage visitors.
For underage players in the team, age is only shown with the written consent of the player and their legal guardians. Dates of birth are never published.
